Here at Paul's Domestics we sincerely care about your investment and that is why every Miele appliance goes through a extensive 100+ point inspection. Each machine is completely stripped down, fully serviced and thoroughly overhauled (fitting only Genuine spares when required), and then fully functional tested and thoroughly cleaned to make sure it meets the highest standards.
Refurbished to Manufacturers Standards
After the appliance has been fully serviced/fully overhauled it is then thoroughly fully functional tested on the test bay to make sure everything is working 100% and working to manufactures specifications.
The Deep Clean Process
Every appliance is thoroughly deep cleaned, we put in initially on a maintenance wash with a quality washing machine cleaner in the drum, being a short program we then put it on a more intensive 90 degree 2 hour wash empty, again with a quality washing machine cleaner in the drum to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned internally. If it has a TwinDos, the maintenance programs for No1 + No2 are also carried out with the Miele TwinDos cleaning solution to fully function test the TwinDos for optimum results.
Electrical PAT test
Even the feet are checked and replaced if required. Then finally each appliance gets professionally deep cleaned, polished and if required the paint gets touched up and finally PAT tested for electrical safety. If there is anything of concern regarding the item condition this is mentioned in seller notes.
TwinDos Professional Serviced/Upgraded
Everything has a weak link/product fault and unfortunately one of them is the TwinDos leaking on the Miele so if your investing in a Miele, please make sure it has been fully serviced by a Miele specialist who knows what there doing to make sure your investment has had the attention it deserves and to guarantee years of problem free service from your Miele appliance.
Every Miele TwinDos we refurbish, even a brand new appliance had had the TwinDos removed and serviced/overhauled and then modified to our high standards. These Miele appliances as you know are built to last and once the main product faults regarding the TwinDos is resolved you will have many, many years of problem free service from your Miele appliance knowing that it has been done right.

Faults found
This Top Spec German Miele Washing Machine came to me surprisingly with a leaky TwinDos. The TwinDos has been fully stripped down and thoroughly cleaned/Serviced and then professionally rebuilt using only genuine Miele spares. It is now much more water tight than when it left the Miele factory. These washing machines are tested for 20 years of use, and they certainly last that duration to, if you've had one you will know!! I feel a responsibility whilst there in my possession to make these amazing German built Miele washing machines future proofed against any possible leaks and i use my 25 years + experience on Domestic Appliances to achieve this resolution.
