This is a Bally Switzerland brown leather shoulder bag, this has been well used and shows many signs of wear including wear to the leather which has scratches and has aged and therefore the colour changes throughout the bag (darker/lighter brown). The strap has some damage where it has worn against the hardware, overall this is in good well-used condition giving the leather a nice worn effect but does show many signs of use and wear which I have tried to picture as accurately as I can.
