The IDEAL family of wire connectors has expanded to include the new In-Sure Lever Wire Connectors. Lever connectors provide the IDEAL solution for electrical connections by joining solid and stranded wires and cable conductors ranging from 12 to 24 AWG with 2, 3 and 5 port options. Lever connectors have a unique design that allow wires to be easily installed or removed by simply opening or closing the levers, making effortless connections. Specific to IDEAL's connectors, the levers are on the opposite side of the wire port and have a lever-to-housing latch, both designed to prevent accidental opening other features include; each port functioning individually, solid wires can be installed without opening for faster installation, clear shell for verification of insertion and connection, continuity test ports, all in a compact design for use in even tight spaces including junction boxes and closures.
