Condition is “Used”. The minifigs are MISSING but all other parts are present! The sticker sheet is brand new & unused. The box is included (hard to find) along with the catalog, but the instruction manual is MISSING - this can be found online as a PDF for free. I personally inventory all sets I list against the part list on Bricklink to ensure the appropriate level of completion.
