For your consideration is a vintage heart shaped lapel pin with raised head of Popeye the Sailor man.  On the back it is stamped KFS for King Features Syndicate, along with what looks like ISO France.  It measures 1 3/8" across the heart.  There is one small piece broken off, as seen in the picture where the pencil is pointing. It is flesh tone in color there so not as prominent or noticed.  Great little Popeye collectible!
