11, Jan 1977. Zatanna. FINE-. [see pictures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 + 7] Spine slight printing roll/stress/wear marks and a few creases.

15, Aug 1977. Sgt Rock + Unknown Soldier. FN-VFN. [see pictures 1, 8 + 9] Spine very minor stress/wear marks.

16, Oct 1977, Star Hunters. FINE+. [see pictures 1, 10 + 11] Spine light stress/wear and lower front right corner crease.

Back  on  e-bay  after  a  break  and  selling  off  a  further  few  hundred  books  from  our  treasured  collection. 

Most have been purchased direct from Newsagents [starting in the 60`s and read several times]  or from U.K. 

dealers at Marts or Shops with a few that were hard to find NDs [Non Distributed issues]  imported from the States.

Each books title and condition are noted above however I am not a true grader and give this grade as a very 

rough estimate Please see all the Scans to judge for yourself, as this is the actual Comic, you will receive.

Unless a book has been graded as NM-M or after getting a second opinion to confirm then I Do Not Use The Term NM.

Books in very high grades do not exist other than copies fresh from the printers which are few and far between, if you

think about it a book that has just come off the press, gets packed in strappex or boxed, goes to a distribution point which

may unpack them for smaller orders, is then sent Air/Sea mail to a U.K. distribution hub, gets unpacked and repacked

for distribution to [in the old days Newsagents and now] Comic shops where your friend there puts them on a rack. If you

are lucky enough to get your hands on that issue as soon as it comes in, It has passed through at least 6 pairs of hands ! 

If any defects are found that do not show up in the scans such as any rips, tears, ink/pencil markings etc inside 

a book then they will be noted in the condition section. 

However many Low grade items in a Poor, Fair or even Good grade may have this type of defect anyway.

In the Item Details above I have noted the Stories, Special features or First appearance of a Character for most 
books from the Golden, Silver or Bronze age. Newer or Modern age books may not have any additional details. 
We Bag & Board all comics,  Cover in Bubble Wrap,  Enclose in Cardboard and then either send out in Bubble 
Jiffy Bags or for runs and groups of issues [5 or 10 etc] inserted in boxes. 

In the past our packaging has been described as Bomb Proof and a Challenge to Open.

Postage is Free on all Orders and sent out via the  P.O.`s  Signed for and Insured service.  Any order placed &

and paid for is posted the following day except a Saturday which will be a Monday [Excluding Bank hols].

Sorry we only send out orders to mainland U.K. as international orders take to long and Tracking can be a nightmare.

If anyone lives in the Dumfries & Galloway area of Scotland, viewing a book prior to purchase or collection after purchase 

is O.K. But we need at least 24 hours notice (and a list of the items you wish to see) as the books are not stored on site.
