We bought this van 12 months old from VW, still under warranty, and have owned it since, converting it to camper with Autohaus in Minehead, one of the oldest and most respected camper conversion companies.

This is not a bog standard conversion, everything was top of the range, including (I will miss things and will add to the listing as I remember them!)

- Reimo High Lift pop top roof with deluxe bed and mattress extras - we replaced the canvas on this at a cost of £2k just over a year ago with a scenic canvas, as it was a little worn near the hinges, standard usage, now brand new.

- RIB 110cm double bed downstairs, fully crash and insurance tested. This is a massive improvement on rock and roll beds, with loads of storage and a completely flat sleeping area

- WAECO CR50X fridge/freezer - this was replaced new a few years ago from the original CR50 as it uses far less energy and has a freezer option

- SMEV hob/sink, gas registered safety cupboard for gas bottle in rear

- Webasto diesel heater fitted, so thermostat controlled heating, all year round usage. We have camped in below freezing and never had the heating up more than half, these things are amazing!

- Full solar kit, panel is not a cheap import job but a full marine sourced set up so you can be fully off grid and still run the fridge.

- VW 4 bike rack, these are £1K new now, we paid a bit less back then, but carries 4 bikes with ease and stays on the van full time

- Swivel double front seat, so a proper five seater

- Always fully serviced, always had premium diesel

- Tow bar fitted, never towed but we did use it for a box with extra stuff for a longer trip

- Double front swivel seat, see photos

- Just replaced starter battery in the van - the old one still worked but it was slightly low voltage after being stored over the winter so replaced with a new one. Leisure battery is only a couple of years old.

12 months MOT with last service, less than that now but will put 12 months on for the buyer.

Reason for selling - bought a new van. Have properly got the van life bug with this van and have bought a new one with our retirement in mind rather than family holidays.

This is a great van, there are a lot of not so great conversions and cheaper roof/seat combos out there but this is a great example of how it can be. It's not new, so there are a couple of stone chips/etc as you would expect with it's age, but still looks stunning and needs a good home. Has been a daily driver and family car for 10 years, as is the next one, has never let us down or not done the job asked.

Call or message for viewing - no time wasters please, I won't be accepting silly offers for it.
