This pretty dress is from Adrianna Papell in a women's size 16W.  Jet black in color. Soft and stretchy, made of polyester.  Polyester/spandex lining. Has a sheer section at the top. Layers of ruffled fabric.  Has a back zipper.

waist is 19.5 inches across

hips are 22.5 inches across

length is 42 inches long
