The incredible and highly coveted longbox CDs were in production until 1992 with the last one being Erotica. Record stores and manufacturers stopped making them because they wanted to be more environmentally sound. They thought it was too much packaging for a CD, so they removed and destroyed all the longboxes and packaged CDs they way you see them today. Here is a custom edition of Madonna's MADAME X CD in a longbox format, just as if it were to be made back in '90's. Meticulously designed and with promo hype stickers just as when they were first released. Inside the sealed longbox contains a sealed CD Madonna longbox CDs are in high demand and sealed versions of Madonna's previous longbox albums sell over $500.
