HERE WE HAVE: A vintage BMC Fire Chief pedal car! This ride on toy is made of metal. I'm guessing 1940s or 1950s?

*4/5/24*

CONDITION: Being sold as is, needs some TLC! A previous owner painted it this brown color which isn't very great looking! I'm assuming they were covering up rust spots because there is rust and rust texture throughout. The Fire Chief logo is only partially visible on one side. No noted breaks or rusted through spots. There are some small dents scattered about. The steering wheel works to turn the wheels and the pedals spin when I roll the car around. Wheels have splits and cracking. Not sure if the little shifter by the steering wheel does anything? Not sure if there's anything missing.. I know some of these pedal cars had a bell on the front, not sure if this one originally did? Will come as shown, so please see photos!

MEASUREMENTS: Car measures approximately 18" wide, 18" tall, and 35" long at the furthest points.

SHIPPING: Calculated. This piece is pretty big and somewhat heavy, so unfortunately it just doesn't ship cheaply. We do issue a refund of the difference if it ends up shipping for less than was estimated though!

Thank you for looking and please Email through eBay with any questions!

RETURNS:   We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but if you choose to make a return for reasons not pertaining to a defective or damaged item then the buyer shall be responsible for shipping charges both ways - only the initial purchase price will be refunded. When items are returned that had shipping included in the eBay purchase price “FREE SHIPPING”, the actual shipping will not be refunded when item is returned due to the fact that no shipping is really free.  In the case of a damaged item we will expect the buyer to contact us and to assist in filing an insurance claim in order to be compensated for the loss. The "not as described" return option is not to be used to resolve damaged item cases. As stated above, the pictures provided are the description - the buyer is responsible for being aware of what they are purchasing - as long as the item delivered matches the photographs in the listing we will consider the item to match the description.
