1. The buyer is informed that the desired goods are ordered and produced expressly for the customer by the manufacturer, as the original spare parts are purely specialist retail goods. This item is not a stock item.
2. We would also like to point out that motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by specialist workshops. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must provide professional proof of installation from a specialist workshop and it will be a reduction in value was determined according to the ruling of the Federal Court of Justice Ref.: VIII ZR 55/15
3. Configured items such as top cases, side case sets or tuning packages are not available to order from Allen motorcycle manufacturers. We offer set items specially configured for you, which differ in a wide variety of properties.
We put together these configured set items specifically for you, order them explicitly from the manufacturer and register them with the manufacturer.
Therefore, all set items that have been specially prepared for the customer are excluded from exchange, return or cancellation.
All of the world's leading motorcycle brands charge a 20% restocking fee for cancellations, exchanges or returns. This will be automatically deducted from the purchase price as a reduction in value according to the ruling of the Federal Court of Justice No.: VIII ZR 55/15 and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. Electronic items such as heated grips, gear indicators, automatic gearshifts, heated seats, rear silencers with special mapping, indicators, headlights, USB or Bluetooth sockets and fog light sets are generally excluded from exchange.
