However, to efficiently list a large intake of inventory and provide you with more items to choose from, we may occasionally use stock images. Buyers are advised that the cosmetic condition of the items and products they receive may differ from the listing images. Due to our high volume of listings, it is unrealistic for us to individually listen to or watch each item to confirm it?s audio or visual quality. We kindly advise all customers to take this into consideration before making a purchase.

Mint (M): The item is in pristine condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or marks. It looks and functions as if it were brand new. The packaging may be unopened or in perfect condition.
Excellent (E): The item is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. It may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light scratches or scuffs, but these should not affect its functionality.
Very Good (VG): The item is in very good condition with some signs of use. There may be visible scratches, scuffs, or dents, but the product should be fully functional.
Good (G): The item is in good condition, however shows some significant signs of wear. There may be several visible scratches, scuffs, dents, or other cosmetic issues. The product should still be functional, but some features might be affected.
Fair (F): The item is in fair condition and may have severe cosmetic issues, including large dents, deep scratches and tears, or other damage that could affect its functionality. The product may work but could have limitations or require repairs.
Worn (W): The item has seen better days and may be non-functional or requires significant repairs. It is sold as-is, and no guarantees of functionality are provided. More suitable for those who want to salvage parts or attempt repairs.

However, it is important to acknowledge that the grading of products, particularly when it comes to subjective aspects, is not an exact science. Therefore, any perceived discrepancies in the grading of our products, which are subjectively interpreted by the buyer, are not the responsibility of Conscience Records. We cannot be held liable for any differences in opinion regarding the condition or grade of the purchased item.
In an effort to uphold our commitment to quality second hand products, all vinyl records, CDs, and DVDs undergo a professional cleaning process before being sent out. This cleaning process helps to remove any dust or grime that may have accumulated over time.
Vinyl: Whenever deemed necessary, all vinyl records are re-fitted with brand new inner and outer protective sleeves. This step not only protects the record but also enhances its presentation, ensuring that you receive a product you'll be proud to own.
CD's: In the event that the original jewel casing is severely cracked or broken, we replace it with a brand new one. This ensures that your CDs arrive in optimal condition, ready to be enjoyed without any worries.
At Conscience Records, we aim to achieve great customer satisfaction and efficient service, which is why we are happy to offer our customers free postage across all our listings! To ensure your orders reach you in excellent condition, we carry out two postage runs every week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays at 2pm AEST. This way, you can expect your purchases to be promptly dispatched and on their way to your doorstep.
Please note that Conscience Records cannot be held liable or offer refunds for any items lost in transit once they?ve been dispatched, as responsibility for such items rests with Australia Post. Rest assured, we maintain detailed records of all shipments for your peace of mind.
