Can you combine my order? 

UK Orders

Yes, please purchase your items and we will send a refund for the extra postage paid, once the postage label has been purchased.

International Orders 

Our international postage is controlled by eBay's Global Shipping Programme who manage combined postage. When you checkout the order should automatically combine. If this is not the case you will need to pop a message to eBay's Customer Service Team. 

Orders cannot be combined after payment has been made.

How long do I have to pay for my order? 

You will have 3 days to make a payment for your order. Orders are automatically cancelled after this period and the items will no longer be available. If you require a longer time you will need to get in touch with.  

Can you hold my order? 

Yes, we can hold you order on request but you will need to let us know before you purchase the item.!  

How much is International Postage? 

We have no control on eBay's Global Shipping Programme. The Import Tax, Customs and other charges are all calculated at the checkout.

Can I collect my order? 

Collection can be made if stated in the description of the listing. Collection must be made within 10 days of purchase or risk cancellation.

We do not offer collection on all items and couriers will not be accepted. 

Can I return my item if its not suitable? 

We do offer a 14 day policy for returns on any items which are unsuitable. Please reach out to us if there is a problem.
