Exterior: Cloth binding is square and tight. Some water drop stains back cover. Some paper remnants top edge of front cover near the free corner…see photos. Very little corner wear. Top corners bent over. Spine ends crumpled. Embossed cover design.

Interior: pages are clean with no handwriting tears or creasing. Some color illustrations. Some tanning front endpapers. Back free endpaper is stuck to the back pastedown.
