A new , unopened kit ( which is quick style ) for Grosvenor Hall mansion and basement as sold in Harrods and featured on TV . It has never been opened but is bought as fully painted and externally decorated to speed up the process of making this flagship dolls house . I have several different house kits ,unmade as i bought them to make when i retired but unfortunately my hands dont work as they should because i have rheumatoid arthritis . So , reluctantly, i am selling all kits and made up houses, which i am slowly listing .This is a huge house to make and comes in 6 boxes ! (3 does for the main house and a further 3 for the basement ).
The house measures 1226 x 1010 x 570 mm . The basement is 300 x 1050x970 mm
Both are fully painted and externally decorated as part of DHE QUICK STYLE .
It was delivered to me more than 10 years ago by Yodel , who have added some of their tape to the boxes. I have never looked inside as it has never been opened .I left it in its original boxes for ease of storing .
I have to let this go as i am downsizing and my hand condition means i will never be able to make it . I believe that quick style kits of this house are very difficult to find as they were considerably more expensive than the unpainted ones .

Its an absolutely fantastic kit which would have been the pinnacle of my collection .it is as DHE quotes ‘ precision made “.
I am asking the price i paid , more than 10 years ago despite ebay charging me a lot and price increases generally ,although this kit is no longer made. This is a wonderful kit which i am very sad not to be making up for myself .It does need a new home and someone who will enjoy it …..
