Payment & Shipping Notifications Returns International

We only accept payment approved by Ebay. At this time, you can pay with PayPal, PayPal Credit, Master Card, Visa, Google Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, and Discover. Credit cards are processed through Ebay. Failure to pay with an acceptable Ebay payment service will result in the order not being shipped!

Payment is expected at the close of the auction. If you require more time, please let us know. If we do not hear from you within seven (7) days, we will assume you do not intend to honor your purchase and the item may be relisted for sale.

Buyers pay shipping charges which are listed in each listing, unless the item is listed with "free shipping."

Autumn's Cauldron reserves the right to ship (USPS or UPS) by any delivery carrier of its choice. We choose the delivery service based on the most efficient manner of delivery as determined by us before shipment.

Normal orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received except holidays and weekends. Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the holiday or weekend.

However, in some cases (out of stock, problems with mailing addresses)the order may be delayed for approxmately two (2) business weeks. If shipping is delayed for a longer period (other than the time listed above), we will notified you by e-mail with the approixmate delivery date and why the order is being delayed.

We will always accept returns of unsatisfactory items on U.S. sales only. However, returns must meet all of the following requirement or they will be returned to sender:
