PACKING: We pack very good to prevent damage on transit. But please let me know of any problems when you get your order. Immediately a REPLACEMENT globe and/or metal body will be sent when you provide a photo showing the damage. (I need the photo to compensate from the courier).
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Return requests should be opened within 30 DAYS after the delivery date. For NOT AS DESCRIBED/BROKEN/DAMAGED return reasons, the buyer MUST provide photos to us if we ask for it. If we determine that the return shipping expenses is a lot, we must ask the buyer to DISCARD/DESTROY our item and send photos to get a refund without return. This decision must be complied by the buyer. Returned items must be in their original re-saleable condition. Up to 50% refund will be issued for used or damaged items.
