This is a large serving dish/bowl in the Polka dot Folksy pattern . It has never been used and still has its inspection label on the bottom. It was bought as a first directly from Emma Bridgwater in Stoke on Trent It is large and could eg take a whole fish . It was bought to go on the dresser in my kitchen but has never got there . It has languished in a cupboard in darkness since i bought it . I had  two . This auction is for one only and it is the actual one that is being sold. It was bought to display with the oversized ( 6 pint jug ) i have for sale in the same pattern .It is hand made and i think , for correctness sake ,it may be said that the outer rim is not absolutely level all the way around ( if you put a spirit level on it ) This is because its hand made ! It is hand decorated too . Please look at the pictures as they form part of the description ! I am a collector not a ceramics expert and although i try my best to describe something i may miss something . This is for the second dish ( the first has been sold )and are photos of that dish ie the actual one being sold ,please look at them carefully  as they are part of the description .I do not ever deliberately deceive and try to describe to the best of my ability .
It is 61 cm long and 25cm at its widest . It is 5.5 cm high .
It will be well packed and boxed to send.It would be much better if it could be collected !
