Old Spokes Home is a 501(c)(3) non-profit bike shop in Burlington, VT. Our mission is to create access to bikes and the opportunities they provide for everyone. Payment: Old Spokes Home requests payments within three calendar days of the purchase date. Should you need more time to make a payment, please contact us immediately.

International Payments (Singapore & India): it is currently illegal in Singapore and India to for residents to make direct payments to non-profit organizations based in other countries. Due to this restriction we are currently unable to sell items to residents in Singapore or India.

Shipping: We're a small shop and can only dedicate a few days per week for eBay sales (generally Monday-Wednesday). Since most of our auctions end on Sunday evening, items paid for by Wednesday morning will ship that week. Items paid for after Wednesday morning will generally ship the following week. Please contact us if you have any questions; thank you for your patience!

International Shipping & Tracking: Old Spokes Home understands that international shipping can be expensive. To keep prices down, our default is to ship via the least expensive service available while still ensuring sure that your package will be safely delivered. For packed items weighing less than 4lbs we use eBay International Shipping (a partnership between the US Postal Service and eBay). Tracking should be provided in most cases.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in item prices and/or shipping costs. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs, if any, may be levied prior to bidding or buying.
