A rare antique/ vintage Gaymer’s Cyder drinks tray.
The waiter/ bell boy carrying a glass has an apple for his head and the stalk of the apple is his nose.
Judging by the waiter’s / bell boy’s uniform I would think this tray dates to the early 1920’s.
The tray measures approximately 32cm in diameter x 2cm deep.
Although it has no dents it has had a long and hard life!
The paint has peeled/ lifted and the original shiny metal surface is visible in many places.
There are some white paint spots and splashes.
My photos form an important part of the description so please take time and look at them.
Thank you for viewing my listing.

The According to Grace’s Guide the first of the Gaymers to make cyder was probably
Robert Gaymer (1738-1821), near Attleborough in Norfolk.
