You receive all 4 cards.  Great example of good stiff flat cards that are pre owned with typical wear yet not outright abused.  Closeup photos are there along with a measure to see.  Typical handling wear, some staining, a few marks can be noted over all, some pulling, some corner softening.  No touch ups, no tape, no writing, no repairs, no smoke or bad odors.
