This pretty dress is from Lauren (Ralph Lauren's green label) in a misses size 10.  Lined upper. 

Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch.  Color: black with white polka dots. Neckline has a weighted drape.  Comes with fabric tie belt. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 18.5 inches across

waist is 16 inches across

hips are 22.5 inches across

length is 42 inches long
