I’ve listed for you a BK Konami Dance Dance Revolution DDR music, moves ‘N more limited edition sampler CD. It has the ORIGINAL undamaged CD Sleeve. The sleeve has been opened but the CD and contents inside are the ORIGINAL Konami branded items (not copies). They are all unused and in excellent-mint condition. Inside the original CD sleeve is also the original CD, CD-ROM disc (NOT A COPY) that is unused and has absolutely no scratches or marks on it (see pics) I don’t know why the rainbow shows in a few pics of the CD, but you can see from those pics as well as the other pics that it’s in EXCELLENT-MINT condition. It contains the ORIGINAL, unused peel and stick set of stickers that can be used to decorate notebooks, mirrors, instrument cases and more! It also contains the ORIGINAL, unused BK Club membership application form so you can apply for the club to get even more items and information to stay on top of all the new KONAMI games and information.


Pictures are of the actual item (or items) you will receive and are considered part of the item description. I try to include as much info as possible, including all flaws and/or defects, but please check out the pictures so you can fully understand the condition of the item.


To save on shipping cost and paper waste, I recycle packing material as much as I can. Your item may be shipped with recycled boxes, paper or bubble wrap. I personally pack your item and I try to keep in mind what I would be ok with if I were the buyer opening up the package. I would never send your item with dirty, stained or damaged recycled shipping materials.

I reaaaalllly hate see a listing with a long list of “rules” in it. However, I’ve found out the hard way that even though I try to do business with integrity, other people do not so it’s necessary to implement policies & guidelines for my listings. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO FULLY READ them so you understand my policies BEFORE you buy or bid on my items.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:


I DO accept returns on my items, however PLEASE NOTE: I ONLY accept returns &/or issue refunds using the following guidelines:


On perishable and/or consumables such as food, medicine, health & beauty items etc:


Even if they have not been opened I DO NOT accept returns on perishable and/or consumable items. NO exceptions.


On all other non consumables and/or non perishable items my return/refund policy is as follows:


I like to think I “know it all” 🤭🤣 but I’ll admit there are times when I am wrong which can lead to an honest mistake on my part. If for some reason I’ve made a mistake in a listing and your item was incorrectly described please let me know. I get it there’s many dishonest sellers on eBay but not all of us are & sometimes honest mistakes happen. So please, before you send ugly or rude emails and/or giving me negative feedback because you assume that I’m trying to scam you, please give me the chance to fix the situation.


On the flip side, there’s dishonest buyers out there as well. So unfortunately, if you are returning your item because you’ve changed your mind and/or after it arrives you decide you don’t want it anymore, I will accept those returns under the following conditions:


If you change your mind after your item arrives:


If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: on this kind of return you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once I get the item back, I’ll issue a refund to you (minus a 15% restocking fee) within 48 - 72 hours of getting the item back.


If the item was broken or damaged in shipping:


I try to package items as carefully as I can but sometimes due to circumstances beyond my control, it may arrive broken or damaged. ALL fragile and/or breakable items will be shipped with INSURANCE. With both USPS Ground Advantage & USPS Priority shipping, insurance is included up to $100. If your item cost more than $100, additional insurance must be purchased.


There are two options for this type of return.


~OPTION 1: If you want to file the insurance claim yourself:


If your item arrives broken or damaged, please notify me within 5 days of your item being delivered that it arrived broken or damaged. I’ll provide you with proof of the insurance and proof of what you paid for the item so you can take it (along with the original box, all of the original packing materials and original shipping labels) to the shipping provider used & file a claim for the insurance reimbursement. It usually takes 7-14 days and they will issue a refund directly to you. I will assist you with this any way I can.


~OPTION 2: If you wish to send the item back to me & have me handle the insurance claim with the shipping provider:


Please notify me within 5 days of delivery that your item was broken or damaged in shipping. At that time please also provide your email address and phone number (this is in case the shipping service needs to verify anything with you as well).


I will need pictures of the following:


••The damaged item as close to what it looked like when you initially opened the box and found it damaged.


••pictures of the item removed from the packing materials to show the actual damage.


••pictures of all the original packing materials, the shipping label etc.


Most shipping providers only allow 30 days from the date of delivery to file the insurance claim so this is needed as soon as possible so I can initiate the claim with the shipping provider.


Within 24-48 hours of receiving notice your item arrived damaged in shipping, Ebay will email a shipping label for you to send it back to me at no. cost to you. When you send it back, please rewrap the item(s) in the original packaging, reseal the original box back up and then put it in a new shipping box and affix the shipping label provided. Please be sure to include all pieces that were originally in this order even if all of them weren’t damaged. An example of this would be if it was originally a set of 4 glasses but only one was broken, I will still need the other 3 glasses to be sent back as well.


Once I receive notice from EBay that you have sent the item back, I will have eBay issue you a refund.


IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE


I always ship with tracking and insurance on every item. If your item does not arrive or gets lost in the mail, please contact me and let me know. I will reach out to the carrier to see what may be going on and after a certain amount of time has passed, I would need to have you file a missing item claim with EBay & follow the procedures . After a certain amount of time has passed, we can file an insurance claim with the carrier.
