Small threading issue coming loose on left side hook/loop flap at waist. Some discoloring from normal use around neck area. Has been disinfected but not formally cleaned. 4 front upper Patches are movable on to the other hook/loop pads. Vest is a fashion piece streetwear style only, no tactical or security functionality.
