Returns and Refunds

We're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. If this is the case, we offer a free returns policy on faulty items. 

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your product you can do so by informing us within 14 days after the day of receipt of your product. You should return the unwanted products to us as soon as possible, and no longer than 14 days after the date you notified us of your return request. You will be expected to pay for the cost to return the product to ourselves.

It is important that you check your product as soon as possible after it is delivered to you and report any issues to us as soon as possible after receipt of your product

 

How To Return An Item

At Box Smart Deals we want to make returning an item as efficient and convenient as possible;

Replacements or refunds are usually received within 5-7 days from when we have received the item.

Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you;

 

Warranty

Box Smart provides a standard one year warranty on all of New Box Damaged products. An extended warranty may be available with some of the items that we supply which would be covered by the manufacturer. This will need to be set up directly with the manufacturer. If you do not register the product with the manufacturer within the 28 day period, your product is guaranteed for 1 year only. Details of this will be enclosed with the item.

For any item that is sold with Cosmetic Defects Box Smart provides a standard 6 month warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty develops a manufacturer fault a full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item.

Please note that Box Smart Deals are a commercial business and we operate 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). We do not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays so if you send us a query during this time we will respond at the next available opportunity.
