- For USA customers, every boxes must shipped with the Cites export permit and Phytosanitary certificate. If buyer has not the import permit from USDA. Buyer can combine shipping not over 12 plants.
- For California, USA customer, Buyer must have the import permit from USDA first. ( California customs needed the import permit although you import only 1 plant)
- For Canada customer, buyer must have the import permit first.
- The Cites export permit and Phytosanitary certificate cost 10 USD for 1 box.
- Please beware your customs and learn about your customs rules before buying.
- We will not refund or responsible if the plant was confiscated, destroyed by your customs.
- Shipping within 5 days after the payment received.

- In normal situation, The transit time about 2 weeks but sometime delay more than 2 weeks depend on your customs work process too.
