This is a vintage boxed set of 19 tin flat figures by the Kieler Zinnfiguren or Kiel Cultural and Historical Flat Tin Figures, made in Germany.

Set #1689,

This lot features a detailed, handpainted Bavarian or Bayern infantry unit, posed as advancing, styled as in 1870-1871.

Includes:

1 mounted officer, sword arm pointing

1 foot officer

1 drummer

1 flag bearer

5 infantry soldiers, marching, looking left,

10 infantry soldiers, marching, looking ahead

This set is old and has been carefully kept, with no broken figures. They do have some wear and signs of age, such as minor paint loss.

Comes in original box.
