Update:Just checked everything and it seems one screw is missing, its the screw for screwing fan to a radiator ( dont know where it went but found only 7 ). while it is not a huge problem since 3 screws should be perfectly fine holding the fan to the radiator, also the screws tend to be generic so it shouldnt be hard to find a replacement.
