An antique Joseph Sankey and Sons solid copper lidded  jug or pitcher . Embossed Art Nouveau designs, shell shaped lid, with shell finger 'pull'.

Condition good, commensurate with age and use,  several shallow dents and surface wear,  please see all photos. Some evidence of a solder repair on one Art Nouveau design,  see last photo. Stamped maker's mark on base and Rd design no. 409942
