In the event of problems upon receipt of your merchandise and before initiating a procedure or providing a neutral or negative evaluation, send a message or call us.

In the event of an error on your part regarding the size of one of our products and as long as they are correctly indicated in our advertisements, we will not reimburse the transport costs either outward or return. The goods will be refunded in full provided that they are in new condition with the original packaging.

 You can tell us the Relay point of your choice, otherwise we will choose the first one offered by Mondial Relay .You also have the option of choosing a Chronopost or UPS Relay Point if it is more convenient for you

We do not deliver to any islands, Spain, Italy,  etc.. if the transport costs are too high.

We cannot do home delivery for the same price as a Mondial Relay.

We do not reimburse any transport costs, in addition we can make credits on the goods or the Transport and this because Ebay no longer reimburses us costs.

Ecology:

  • Our products are fragile and despite our know-how and our attention, breakage is always possible we offer our customers a refund or a credit on a next order rather than a new delivery. If the customer does not accept these conditions it will obviously be redelivered.
  • In order to decarbonize our work, we raise awareness and we prefer to deliver to a Relay point.

  • Our company will soon have these own products manufactured in France with all of these suppliers and its logistics in the same region.
