I am pretty sure this is a home made costume, but it's really well done.

Measurements taken flat:
13" across shoulders

18" across chest

18" across bottom

22" long, not counting hood

There are two pieces of Velcro used to close the garment.

There are two pieces of Velcro on the back.

I believe they are to make a better fit at the neck.

No stains, no holes.
