We offer two types of manufacturing:
1. Monomer Eco-price version lasts 1 to 3 years (can last longer depending on use)
Monomeric vinyl is the classic and economical support.
However, its lifespan is limited and this support is sensitive to temperature variations which can lead to expansion.
Positive : The price
Negative point : adhesives monomer can shrink with climatic variations (hot and cold)
over the years, the edges of the adhesives tend to leave dark marks appearing on the edges because expansion causes slight movements
retraction which involves contact of the glue with the environment (dust, water, mud, etc.)
2. Adhesives in Polymer much more resistant over time, lifespan 3 to 7 years
Polymer vinyl offers better resistance in outdoor use, with a longer lifespan.
It is an excellent quality/durability/price compromise.
