Vintage Berg Larsen tenor saxophone mouthpiece made of hard rubber.  The inscription Berg Larsen is just about visible on one of the photos.  Sold without ligature or cap.  I don't have info on tip opening or anything else except what's shown in the photo.  Previous owner was a pro musician.
