The caravan has been sited on a seasonal pitch since new but it is not being sold with the pitch.

It has been regularly serviced and is in excellent condition throughout.

The caravan has a duel fuel hob & gas oven, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage. The caravan heating & water is provided by a whale system.

The caravan features an end bedroom with retractable island bed & split bathroom.
