Vintage sterling silver desk ink blotter in very good condition as per photos -  43mms high x 79mms x 50mms and weighs 61.5 grams . 
 Hallmarked clearly for 1902 Chester and partly polished but readable makers mark for James Deakin & Sons (John & William F Deakin) .

RARE to find with Chester Hallmark and blotting paper is added by unscrewing the handle .
