PAYMENT 

All payments are to be made within 2 days of the end of the auction. Items that have not been paid for within 5 days of the end of auction will be re-listed and the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING 

All postage charges are for U.K. Mainland only. 

We do not accept bidding from anywhere other than the United Kingdom

Large and heavy items are dispatched by courier (DPD), smaller items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail recorded/special delivery. All items require a signature on delivery. In the event that delivery attempts fail or are refused, and the item is returned to us for any reason, the item will only be re-dispatched once a handling and re-posting fee is paid. Such fee will be reflective of business time & postage. In the event of any damages or shortages, please advise us through eBay within 48hrs of receipt.  In the event of non-delivery claims must be notified within 4 working days of expected delivery date. P&P costs are non-refundable & the cost of returning any item to us is payable by the buyer in all circumstances.
