Exception: Means you where not there when the driver arrive at the time of delivery, door tag will be left by the FedEx driver so if your not there so can sign the door tag and it will be left on the next delivery attempt, or you can go to FedEx and sign a electronic release form as well. Also you can have it forwarded to the nearest Walgreen, Kinko or FedEx office, or in the future have it deliver to your workplace as well.

If you do  not pickup your item in a timley manner it will be return to the seller and Fedex does charged the seller for the item being return to the seller and you will need to pay the cost of having the item being return to the seller and pay to have it reshipped. If you choose not to pay for the cost of the item being returned and not pay to have it reshipped you void your purchase and there will be no refund. This is ebay policy.
