This is an English bodycon mini dress manufacturered by Motel. Perfect Prom dress.
The neckline is elastic, it stretches and you can pull the dress up or over. Pull the sleeves down for dropped shoulder look. It has long sleeves.
This is a UK dress, I got it from a shop in London.
The size is Small, it stretches and it fits my size 6 manikin.
The dress is Polyester and Elastane, stretchy. The over layer is multicolor sequins on a black lining.
There is a defect even though the dress is like new and never worn, there are a couple of places where the stitching on the hem is coming loose. You will want to resew that by hand. Possibly women trying it on pulled it from the bottom.

Chest - The bust fitting measures about 32" to a 34"
Waist - about 26"
Hips - about 34" to 36"
Length in the back from the middle of the shoulder to the hem - about 31"
A great OOAK dress to wear for parties, to go clubbing, to the Prom, to dances or to dinner.
Very Good quality in very good condition.
***The shop in England where I purchased it will spray a fragrant freshener on all their clothing. You might smell it still when you receive your item. It has not affected the wear-ability of your clothing. There will be a pleasing fragrance to the clothing.
