STANDARD TERMS
Payment:
Please
make all payments via Paypal (Mastercard and Visa accepted through Paypal).
Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end. An unpaid payment notice
will be sent if the winning bidder doesn’t reply to the seller within 7 days of
the end of the auction.
Delivery:
All
our products are stocked in Brisbane, and we usually ship within 48 hours by
Courier or Australia post once payment is received. We do not charge handling
fees.
Yes we can combine postage. Go to
our eBay Store and purchase the items you want, then click on “Request total
from seller” or Send Seller a Message BEFORE making any payment. We will then
send you a new combined invoice with shipping for all items. PLEASE NOTE – the
eBay system does not allow us to send an invoice after payment has been made. Delivery
takes up to 3 business days for major cities and up to 6 business days for regional
areas (depending on weight/size/location ect). Tracking Numbers will be
provided for each consignment once shipped. All TOLL deliveries will require a valid Street address (No
PO Boxes), contact number and on delivery will require a signature. Undeliverable items will be held at the local TOLL Depot for
collection.
All smaller items will be shipped via Australia post in a 500g or 3Kg satchel
depending on weight.
Delivery is 1 to 6 business days for Ebay satchels.
Pickup Terms:
Pick Up is offered on larger items between 8am and
5pm Mon-Fri, but Pal pay payment must be made before collection. (no
cash on pick up)
We do not ship
internationally.
Returns:
Exchange
or refund only if the item you received is significantly different from our description
or defective on arrival. All issues must be reported within 7days of receiving
the item. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in “as
new” condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will
arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as the item is received.
Communication
/ Feedback:
We
endeavour to reply to your messages on the same day during business hours
(7.30am - 4pm EST Mon-Fri). We will leave positive feedback after we receive
your payment. If you are happy with the purchase, please do not forget to leave
positive feedback. Please contact us before leaving any non-positive feedback,
we will try to remedy any issue you may have before the need for a negative
review.
