1983 Vintage Masters of the Universe Whiplash action figure MOC MOTU He-Man

Card has some shelf wear including some edge curl and veining on the corners and hanger. The bubble is attached but has yellowed and the are 2 holes on the corner edge of the bubble.

Sent in protective case.
