Antique Art Deco Clear Blown Glass Bib Drops Necklace -

This uncommon necklace has a wearable length of 16 inches long. It is a double row bib with clear blown glass beads finished by gold tone caps.

The blown glass spheres are made similar to Christmas ornaments.

This is a rare necklace and in my decades in the jewelry business the only one I ever saw. The oval link chain is 3.5 mm in diameter.

The condition is good, consistent with age. There is patina but no metal decay.

It is unmarked, closes with a snap hook that is secure.

There are a total of 15 blown glass drops nestled into a brass flower bud design.  Each drop measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter at the widest point and 1 inch long.

One thing to note about this necklace is that it should not be dipped it in any liquid as the orbs are open on the top underneath the cap and will be filled with the liquid. Lightly polish with a jewelry flannel or wear it as is.
