The eBay definition of "new" says that a package is unopened. This is a new, unused Bakugan pack, but the cardboard warped over time and peeled away from the top portion of the plastic cover. The Bakugans remain new and unused inside the inner plastic molding.  If you require a fully-sealed package, please find another listing.
