I am not providing a specific grade on this comic since it is difficult to determine. Please see the photos. My general estimate would be somewhere in the 4.0 to 6.0 range. It has obviously been stored for a while, not handled carefully, etc. The pages are tanned/browned, but not brittle, and the cover is fully attached. Pretty much what you would expect from a 50 year-old underground comic.
