Toner is NOT included. Works well, prints clean and clear. Has normal cosmetic wear. Page count/parts life shown in printed reports. One of the tiny hinge pieces that holds the clear/gray paper tray cover piece in place broke off, but it still stays in place well, will try to show in photos. Doesn't affect function.
