This item is new with tags. I purchased the stress discounted because a lot of the mirrored beads needed to be sewn and secured. I believe it may be a vintage dress based on the looks of the tag. I am not sure. The dress is new, it has been handled and I see few, small and very light marks here and there on the body of the dress. You may want to have the dry cleaned if you see something that bothers you. There are no rips, holes or odors. It has never been worn.
