Plug in your switch or pedal to your home broadband router .Plug opposite end into netgear blue box 1st port at the rear .
Plug in the separate ethernet cable into the last port of the blue box at the rear.
Plug that opposite end into console ethernet Lan port at the rear.
Switch on all electrics and gadgets attached.
Go into console settings and into Internet settings .You should be in Wired IPV4 Settings .
Switch off all wifi connections that may connect to your console this will interfere when you lag.
Put in call of duty Ghosts or similar game.
start multilayer game only .
When you see enemy press and depress in under 2 seconds no more .
Your enemywill be frozen in his game and you will be invisible for under a second or more .This is your kill time so shoot or stab orthrow grenade .
To storm a building press and depress and run in building and throw grenade or fire.
You can spam the pedal to get out of trouble or hold it for 1.9 seconds and you will teleport away from the map safe.
If you hold for too long you will lag out of game
To reset when you lag out just unplug the pin ar rear of blue box and replace the power pin .
You will be back in line .
Different presses with different timings creat different experiences of lag .
