If the item you have ordered is a book, DVD, or other printed or recorded media that qualifies, we will usually ship USPS Media Mail. Media Mail can take several days for it show as received, even if it says that the item has not been received that does not mean we have not shipped it, usually that means that it is going to the next destination and within a few days it will begin tracking. For whatever reason most of the time Colorado will be the first transfer destinations. If you live closer it may take less time. If you contact us because the shipping is taking a while, we will open a case with USPS, if needed. If we notice it is taking longer than we have anticipated, we may contact you and let you know so you can be aware. We will contact you through eBay mail. Media Mail can take a few more days than USPS First Class or Priority Mail, though we will make sure it gets to you, we ship Media Mail to keep our costs down on heavier items and we pass the savings on to you. If we can't ship Media Mail because your item does not qualify, USPS Priority or First Class will generally be the carrier of choice. All art prints except for 5x7 sized prints are shipped in a tube. Because we sell a lot of books we would like to note that many books will have a price listed on the back or somewhere in the book, used and new. Just because that is the price on the back of the book does not mean that we should charge that price nor will it be the price you will necessarily pay. You may pay more or less. Many books have increased in value and others have decreased. If you don't agree with the price that we are selling the book for you can contact us and let us know or make a best offer, however, in the end you are the one responsible for the price you pay once you purchase the book from us after paying for the book regardless of the price on the book cover or inside the book.
