Town and Country was a brand that ceased operation in the 80's and marketed to high end department stores.

The heels have an added tap on one shoe but not the other - you could remove the metal tap.

When I researched these shoes, I found some very high end similar ones, so this brand likely made stylish moderately priced upscale shoes.

They have some light vintage wear but are still very attractive vintage shoes.  There are some small pulls in the fabric, but they are black so they aren't very noticeable.
