In the event the item does not meet your expectations;

Returns will be accepted

Buyer must inform me within 3 days of receiving item, they intend to return

Item must be returned, undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging, including ring or necklace gift box if applicable, within 14 days of the original receipt date.

Buyer is responsible for return postage

Item must be returned via a First Class Trackable Courier or Royal Mail.

Return postage must include insurance cover for the full value of the item

On receipt of return, I will get item checked by local jeweller and if everything checks out a full refund will be given within 14 days of me receiving the item back.
