For sale are these genuine Hella Jaguar S-Type halogen headlights. In stock and ready to ship. Supplied with a lifetime warranty on the internal adjusters and 3 month guarantee on every other aspect of the headlights.

Fits: all Jaguar S type (all Engines) equipped with halogen headlights, with or without headlight washers.

Don't risk buying second hand headlights without upgraded adjusters as the factory adjusters almost always break in transit.

I guarantee the internal adjusters I fit with a lifetime warranty. This is a return to base warranty and carriage back to you is covered within the UK. 

The work carried out on these headlights is 3-4 hours worth and comprises:

• Lenses have been polished and clearcoated with 2K lacquer for UV resistance.
• Headlight inners have been cleaned.
• Reflectors checked and and chrome touched in if required
• New butyl sealant applied where factory sealant is thin, missing or perished to prevent misting
• Adjusters replaced with lifetime guarantee PA6 adjusters (£20/set on eBay).
• Upgraded nylon adjuster cogs on the outside where originals are worn or damaged (Check this against my competition who often do not bother to replace the cogs because it is difficult). Due to varying tolerances across years of S-Type headlights, it may be necessary to make left/right adjustment using the 10mm hex on the adjuster cog rather than the 6mm hex key. Both are easily accessible and do not impact the headlight or the ability to level it. Full guidance is always available.  
• Full wiring check and rewired if necessary
• Headlight levelling motor confirmed working
• New proper bulb connectors fitted if required (not generic spade connector)
• Any fractured or missing mounts are repaired or rebuilt.

As demonstrated by picture 5, my work is highly effective and triples or even quadruples the light output of each unit I refurbish. Each unit is tested and must meet minimum outputs before being sold. To my knowledge, no other seller of lights offers this.

Despite all this, I feel it necessary to say that although these headlights are refurbished, they are not new. Lenses and housings will rarely look entirely new but they will be in excellent condition and perfectly serviceable. Any inclusions or marks are guaranteed not to inhibit or adversely affect use. New headlights are available on-line at 3-4 times the price for a pair if you are wanting brand new headlights.

A quick note on nylon vs metal adjusters. I prefer nylon because their tolerance of impact is better and they are less likely to become tight over time. I have conducted long term testing of both metal and nylon adjusters and the nylon are more reliable in my view.

These headlights are supplied without bulbs

Part exchange of old headlights is available to the winning bidder if they are interested, irrelevant of headlight condition but headlights must be complete and undamaged to avoid reductions in PX value. Any damage caused by the use of screws to fix headlight aim (AKA "the bolt mod" will attract a £5 reduction per affected light).
